 CHALFANT Series 200 Adjustable
Chalfant Series 200 Adjustable provides a tight seal between the
building and truck at your loading dock. Designed for the common
variety of trucks with various heights that can arrive at your dock.
How It Works
Allows for adjusting the height of the Chalfant Series 200 Adjustable before a truck
backs into your loading dock to compress the Series 200 Adjustable,
creating a seal. The truck is then stopped by properly selected loading
dock bumpers to suit the application. After loading/unloading is completed
at the dock and the truck departs, the Chalfant Series 200 Adjustable
foam pad returns to its original shape, ready for the next truck.
Door Service Size
Idea door size 8’ x 8’ to 9’ x 10’. Recommended
seal past bumper 4” – 6”
Truck Service Range
A properly specified Chalfant Series 200 Adjustable will have a
service range from 10’0” to 13’6” high and
8’0” to 8’6” wide, sealing most common varieties
of over-the-road trucks at your dock.
