Chalfant Series 700 Rigid Shelter provides effective seal between
your building and truck at your loading dock. Designed for the wide
variety of trucks that can arrive at your dock.
How It Works
As a truck backs into position through the Series 700 Rigid Shelter,
it is stopped by properly selected loading dock bumpers
to suit the application. Typically, full access is provided by the
Series 700 Rigid Shelter to the back of the truck.p>
Door Service Size
Ideal door size up to 12’ x 12’. Recommended seal past
bumper min. 12”
Truck Service Range
A properly specified Chalfant Series 700 Rigid Shelter will have
a ideal service range from 11’0” to 13’6”
high and 8’0” to 8’6” wide, sealing the
wide variety of over-the-road trucks at your dock.
